On 18 March 2024, a discussion event was held on the topic of "Young women in leadership positions", organised by the European Office of the Hanns Seidel Foundation in cooperation with the Bavarian Elite Academy (BEA) and the Representation of the Free State of Bavaria to the European Union. Discussing "From Quotas to Careers" were Martine Kemp, Luxembourgish member of the EPP group in the European Parliament, Sana Afouaiz, CEO of the Womenpreneur Initiative, and Amelie Binder, CEO of the start-up Cargokite, moderated by Katrin Pribyl.
